I was able to get my hands on the stereo wiring diagram for the 6 speaker Fusion stereo. I don't know how to post it here, so if someone that knows how will give me their email, I'll send it and you can post it. Thanks

So far :

1. Infinity BassLink (soon to be replaced) with an amp/box
2. Jensen vm9021TS head unit.

Ming321 set-up in the trunk is AWSOME. check it out......

Since I'm new to wiring, which one would you use to turn an amp on with (to turn the amp on when the stereo is on?)

Thanks.....and pardon my ignorance :D !

Watufaka- I just emailed you the diagram to post- and thanks for the complement. Coldfusion- you want to use the accessory 12V wire for an amp. That way it will turn on and off with the car. Oreo- I emailed you the diagram as well. Have fun

Ming would you mind e-mailing a copy of the schematics also. You never know when you will need it. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean attach to the accessory outlet wires? My accessory outlets are always one...I know this because it accidentally left my radar detector on.

There is an accessory 12V wire on the stereo (I think it's green). If you connect to this, the amp will turn on and off with the car stereo. Don't connect it to the cig lighter type accessory wires, which I assume is what you meant concerning your radar detector.

Thanks Ming! Above does say that green (Pin 2) is the accessory wire.

This helped a lot!

I will continue to email the diagram to anyone who requests it- but is there someone who I've already sent it to that knows how to post it. I've tried and I must be doing something wrong. Thanks

ColdFusion- the diagram I have shows PIN 11 as the green 12V accessory. From a quick comparison of the diagram I have and the one Watufaka posted, it looks like the colors match but not the PIN locations. However, I didn't do a full comparison.
